Booking & Cancellation Policy

Your Time Is Valued. So Is Everyone Else's.

When you book a session with me, that time is held exclusively for you. Behind every appointment is not just a calendar slot, there is a person, often in pain, waiting for the support that your space could have provided.

We ask that you honour that, and honour yourself, by taking your commitment seriously.

Cancelling or Rescheduling a Session

Life happens. I understand that. Which is why I simply ask for a minimum of 84–96 hours notice (3–4 days) if you need to change or cancel your therapy session.

The only exceptions are serious illness or a genuine emergency, circumstances where attendance is simply not possible.

Why does notice matter so much? Because the demand for quality spiritual, mental, emotional and psychological health support is at an all-time high, worldwide. People are suffering. People are waiting. A late cancellation cannot be offered to another client in need and that matters deeply to me.

Late cancellations, without the required notice, will incur the full session fee, which is non-refundable. That session or program slot will be considered used. Please keep this in mind when booking.

Cancelling a Therapy Program

If you decide to cancel your therapy program, we ask that you do so with both respect and transparency.

  • Refunds are only issued where a written cancellation request has been submitted to Kiran's email with a minimum of 5-7 days notice.

  • Programs cancelled without any notification reserve me the right to close your account without refund.

  • If I personally cancel your therapy program for any reason, you will receive a full refund for all remaining unused sessions without question.

A Final Word

This policy exists not to penalise, but to protect. To protect your fellow clients. To protect the integrity of the therapeutic process. And ultimately, to protect the value of the work you came here to do.

We are in this together. Let's treat each other accordingly.
